Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY TIMES
PureMoiss usually processes and ships orders within 2–3 business days after payment is received — excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance, stock availability, and warehouse processing. If a particular product is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AFTER SHIPMENT
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 days after shipment, while some deliveries may take up to 10 days due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
DELIVERY
To provide reliable and efficient delivery, we may ship orders through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other available carriers depending on the destination, package type, and shipping conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Please note that these services may not be available during festive or pre-festive periods.
Also note that the estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only, and PureMoiss is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to military addresses (such as APO, FPO, or BFPO) or government facilities. Orders placed with such addresses will be canceled and refunded.
We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes, remote territories, or regions with limited postal access.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial address to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping availability may vary by region. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the destination is undeliverable due to carrier limitations.
RETURNS
As PureMoiss offers jewelry at direct wholesale-style pricing, even for single-item purchases, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size preference, or change-of-mind reasons. To maintain product hygiene, quality control, and inventory accuracy, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
In such cases, goods may be returned within seven days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return must be approved by PureMoiss and discussed via email (details below).
- The return must be sent exactly as instructed by PureMoiss.
- PureMoiss will not accept any returns processed incorrectly through customs, which may incur customs charges.
- PureMoiss will not cover return shipping costs, duties, or taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The product must be new, unused, with the original labels and tags, in its original bag and packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, PureMoiss will offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method, or cover the cost of delivery for a replacement product.
PureMoiss will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 1 business day.
